Wendy Monteith practices in the area of complex civil litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, real estate law, land use, and construction law. Ms. Monteith also counsels individuals and families in the intricacies of trusts, wills, wealth transfer strategies, and elder law, and acts as advocate and counselor in insurance, probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters. After earning her law degree, Ms. Monteith began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank Plaut in the Jefferson County District Court. Ms. Monteith is the immediate Past-President of the Douglas-Elbert County Bar Association, and is a member of the Denver, American, and Colorado Bar Associations. She currently serves on the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors, and is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. |
