Jean M. Gold’s 17 years of legal experience focus primarily on all aspects of real estate, business and commercial law, including complex, commercial and vacant land transactions; finance for all aspects of investment and related commercial transactions; and purchase and sale of business ownership interests.
Ms. Gold has represented and advised developers, owners, builders, lessors, lenders and service providers within the real estate industry in all phases of acquisition and disposition of real property; financing; leasing; contract preparation and negotiation; due diligence; title review; and business law with regards to limited liability companies and corporations.
