Gina B. Masterson is an attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience.  Ms. Masterson focuses her practice on real estate and commercial matters, including real estate acquisitions and sale financing transactions,  foreclosures, workouts, leasing, and landlord-tenant matters. Her clients include individuals, businesses, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and financial institutions.  Ms. Masterson prides herself on providing high quality legal services and personal attention to her clients in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Prior to joining Folkestad, Fazekas, Barrick, Patoile, P.C., Ms. Masterson was Of Counsel with the Denver office of Fennemore Craig, P.C., a southwest regional law firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, where her practice included real estate transactions of all kinds, such as acquisitions, sales, foreclosures, debt resolutions, commercial leasing, commercial evictions, title and survey issues and easements.  Prior to joining Fennemore Craig, P.C., Ms. Masterson was Associate General Counsel for MMA Realty Capital, LLC, in Littleton, Colorado, where she represented the company in all aspects of its real estate investment management business, including real estate finance, litigation, foreclosures, workouts, acquisitions, and sales and leasing.

Ms. Masterson received her law degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.  Ms. Masterson is an active member of the community, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, the Douglas County Bar Association as well as the Commercial Real Estate Women.

Ms. Masterson has achieved the highest possible ranking in the Martindale Hubbell attorney rating system: AV-Preeminent Lawyer.
