Ernie Fazekas’s 30 years of legal experience includes all aspects of real estate law (from conservation easements to land development), all aspects of business and commercial law, estate planning, and local government law.

He has long been active in Douglas County, serving as a Director of the Douglas County Educational Foundation, Director of the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, President of the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District, Vice-President of the Castle Rock Downtown Advisory Commission, Advisory Director of Guaranty Bank, Co-Chairman of the Government Issues Committee of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Douglas County Storm Water Working Group and Founder, Director and Vice-President of the Douglas Land Conservancy.

He currently serves as general counsel to several special districts, including Park Meadows Metropolitan District, Roxborough Village Metropolitan District, Deer Creek Metropolitan District, and Sedalia Water and Sanitation District.
His broad range of experience and knowledge of the community allows him to serve clients effectively and efficiently.
