Donna Stewart is a litigation associate with the firm. Ms. Stewart has developed a reputation in Douglas and Arapahoe Counties as a trial lawyer in complex juvenile and criminal matters. Her practice also emphasizes domestic relations and civil litigation. Prior to joining Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., Ms. Stewart was a prosecutor for several years in the 18th Judicial District (Douglas, Arapahoe, Lincoln and Elbert Counties). She has also been previously appointed by local courts and the Office of the District Attorney to handle a wide variety of trial matters, including criminal matters, juvenile defense, guardian ad litem, dependency and neglect proceedings, and civil forfeiture proceedings.
