Few attorneys have prosecuted and defended juvenile cases.  We have experienced and dedicated juvenile law trial attorneys.  We have handled more than 1000 juvenile cases. We previously worked as a juvenile deputy district attorney assigned to the District Attorney's Office.  In addition, we have been appointed by judges to handle defense of these cases, both as Guardian ad Litems and as defense counsel.  We have  successfully represented children accused of juvenile crimes ranging from attempted murder, armed robbery, hate crimes, assault and battery, car theft, drug possession and sales, DUI, rape, theft, shoplifting, credit card fraud, minor in possession of alcohol, and sex crimes.

Most criminal defense attorneys concentrate their practice on adult cases and rarely practice in juvenile court. Because of this, they often lack the experience and knowledge to effectively represent children in juvenile court.  We are hear to help in all areas of juvenile law, including:
