Lorna Horton is a litigation associate with the firm and has extensive trial experience as lead counsel in numerous jury trials.  Her areas of practice include commercial litigation, real estate law, construction law and workers’ compensation litigation.  Prior to joining Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C., Ms. Horton was employed with an insurance defense firm in Missouri where she defended Bad Faith and Vexatious Refusal claims, personal injury cases, premises liability cases and construction cases.  She is licensed in Colorado, Missouri and Kansas.  Contact Lorna Horton .
